You must cross out 'delivered in good condition' from the carrier’s delivery note. It is Very important to check your order. Where a failed delivery occurs we reserve the right to recharge the cost of delivery for re-delivery if that item has been returned to us by the courier company.
If the item is returned due to a failed delivery and the order is cancelled, the refund amount will be minus our delivery costs.
In the cases where items are booked in with the customer and they are returned due to a failed delivery, if the item is damaged the customer will be charged the cost price and the delivery charge some items maybe dispatched 95% assembled to avoid damages in transit, which will mean some minor assembly will be required. For Bicycles we recommend this is done by a professional certified mechanic, should you need any assistant any bicycle shop will assemble it for you at a small charge.
Battery Toys are also dispatched 95% assembled, this assembly is straightforward and any competent person should be capable of assembling these. Contact an expert if you cannot do this safely or are unsure of correct assembly
WE ADVISE YOU TO KEEP ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN CASE YOUR ITEM NEEDS TO BE RETURNED TO US. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR ITEMS DAMAGED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT PACKAGING.

Many Items Carry Guarantees, where this is the case you may be asked to contact the Supplier if you have a problem with an item.
Battery Operated Ride On's have a 6 months Manufacturer Warranty, and most other items have a 12 months manufacturer warranty unless stated on the item page. Should you experience any problems during this period we will do our up most to ensure this is dealt with as quickly as possible with the least inconvenience to yourself.
All Guarantees exclude labour and transportation costs.
Please Keep All packaging for the life of your Guarantee as we cannot supply replacement packaging if an item is required to be collected for repair.
All damaged or faulty items other than that noted at delivery must be reported within 48 hours of its arrival. We are sorry but we cannot accept responsibility for reports of damage after this period.
We recommend that items are checked thoroughly upon their arrival regardless of when they are required.
Where items are discovered to be faulty and the part is replaceable we will issue a replacement part.
Where an Item has a Manufacturer Warranty Please Initially Contact the Manufacturer Help line on the Number provided in the Manual, they will then talk through the problem and give advise on how to solve the issue or send spare parts if required.
Right of Retraction - Satisfied or your money back
Cyclemaster Pedals 4 All CIC allows you 14 working days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of retraction starts from the day after your order is delivered.
Please Contact for a Returns Code Prior to Returning.
You can return the product within this time period, at your own expense, accompanied by your invoice.
We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is notably necessary should they lose or damage the goods.
All Return Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility.
Back-ordered items can be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch.
